Tea, floral and black cherry aromas give this aging wine some character. The palate has held onto its darkness, thus plum, blackberry and coffee flavors are in charge. The palate is flat more than lively, but overall it's a good, toasty wine with some earthy complexity. A Europvin, Christopher Cannan selection, imported by multiple importers, including Michael Skurnik Wines.
