Don't look for big, rich opulence in this wine, instead seek structural elegance and ageworthiness. Dry and modest in alcohol, it shows flavors of sour cherry candy, tobacco, cola, mineral and spice. Austerely tannic and tart now, it wants a minimum of six years in the cellar.
