Subtle but ripe berry aromas are earthy, leathery and hint at animal. The palate is fresh and focused, with authentic raspberry and blackberry flavors. A toasty, warm finish with a note of chocolate makes for a good close. This is entirely commonplace for Ribera but that doesn't mean it's not a nice wine.
