This is tart—like a squeeze of lime was added to the wine. The acids brighten the raspberry and persimmon flavors to give this Pinot Noir a mouth-watering quality. The acidity is characteristic of the cool vintage and the vineyard's location, which is in the cool southwestern part of the valley. Drink now–2015.
