A riper, more mature and rounded aspect characterizes this Sauvignon Blanc. Creaminess and texture align themselves with the fresh acidity. There are smoky, flinty notes in the background and the fruit notes remain in the fresh citrus spectrum. They linger beautifully on the finish. A balanced, grown-up wine destined for the table.
