Historically one of Friuli's most lauded varieties, native grape Ribolla Gialla is now being revived. This polished wine starts with delicate floral aromas of peach blossom, citrus and a whiff of pastry cream. The palate delivers mature apple, lemon zest and an almond note brightened by fresh acidity. || The nose offers a bit of northern Italian funk, with aromas frighteningly close to smelling of garlic.
