There's a tug of unripeness that shows up in this Pinot Noir, like a cross of mushrooms, green herbs and asparagus. Yet it has some good cherry and red currant sweetness, the alcohol is nice and low and the acidity is mouthwatering. Drink it now after a few minutes of chilling in the fridge. || Delicious in its own way, with a soft, gentle mouthfeel framing upfront flavors of raspberry, cherry, vanilla, toast and pie spice. Drink now with a steak or a lamb chop.
