This wine delivers plenty of honey and peach notes upfront, then closes with lime and mineral notes from the tiny proportion of Eden Valley Riesling that's been blended in. Crisp and steely. || Right out of the gate, there's a pungent aroma of cat pee, plus nuts and floral notes.
