Nearly all Pinot Noir, with just 15% Chardonnay, this full-bodied sparkler has raspberry and cherry liqueur flavors that finish with a dose of sweet honey. Very high acidity brings needed balance to this rich wine, but it does seem like it could finish a little drier. || Mainly Pinot Noir, with some Chardonnay for brightness and citrusy zest, this brilliantly clean wine has an incredibly fierce mousse.
