A bit rough in texture, but otherwise pretty flavorful, with vanilla, lime, strawberry and yeast flavors. It's a great sparkling wine for everyday. || Made mostly from Chardonnay, with a touch of Pinot Noir, this is so rich and creamy, it's like satin gliding across the mouth, carrying waves of lemon- and lime-infused buttercream, brioche and a smoky flavor.
