It's easy for a California Chardonnay to be rich, but few can rise to the level of balanced complexity as this gorgeous bottling. The wine is enormous in apricot, orange, nectarine, pear and Meyer lemon fruit, with the vanilla and buttered toast of French oak. The acidity is just about perfect.
