This Greek variety is used for retsina, or, as in this case, made into a single-variety wine. On the nose, peach, nuts and apple are followed by flavors of white peach and white fruits. Savatiano has less acidity and minerality than other Greek whites, so fans of a subtler style will enjoy this drinkable offering.
