Mango aromas and flavors give a sense of the sweetness of the wine. It is rich and full bodied, with spice and pepper notes just hinting at acidity. Keep the wine for 3–5 years. || The folks at Ehrhart have coaxed quite a bit of flavor out of the sometimes shy Pinot Gris grape. This wine is a very ripe example, with beguiling tones of ginger, nutmeg and coriander making for a great first act.
