Tight, clean and refreshing aromas of sliced green apples, lemongrass, river rocks and a bit of chive power the nose of this bottling from a winery that owns estate vineyards in four of the new Paso sub-appellations. The palate is full of wound-up energy, with pear and apple skins and a grassy character quite prevalent.
