If Schramsberg's regular sparkling wines are too pricy for your budget, this second label is a nice alternative. It shows good brut sparkling wine character, with slightly sweet fruity, yeasty flavors and crisp acids that finish with elegance. || A brilliant brut, comprised of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. It displays the qualities of dryness and yeastiness, with complex flavors of limes, vanilla and a touch of raspberry. The mousse is very fine, while the acidity is extraordinarily clean and brisk.
