A mix of pie cherry, raisin and prune fruit flavors, this is deep, ripe and yet still quite tart, with plenty of acidity. It penetrates the palate with consistent flavors, a fruit pastry impression wrapped in dark chocolate. The only question—how will it age, with fruit already this far along the aging curve?
