Clarksburg is pretty much as good as Chenin Blanc gets in California. The warmish area gets Delta breezes that cool things down at night. This wine is very fruity and almost sweet in apricot, tangerine, pear, pineapple and honeysuckle flavors that are balanced with crisp acidity. || Thickly soft and ripe, this simple wine has stewy flavors of blackberries, cherries and leather, and shows the strong tannins that usually mark a young Petite Sirah.
