David Hill's top-of-the-line Pinot Noir really shines in 2008. Rich, ripe and loaded with plum and black cherry fruit, it threads in careful streaks of coffee and mocha, then a lingering trace of Grand Marnier-style liqueur, with candied citrus tang.
