Very savory, earthy, even animal notes spice this crunchy cherry-ish, easy-drinking and refreshing red. There is a proper drying, tannic grip on the palate and tons of peppery spice, enlivened by bright freshness. The aftertaste is one of crunchy red, fresh cherry.
