Here's a sophisticated Syrah, elegant enough to drink with fine meat and poultry dishes. It's completely dry and rich in tannins, with complex blackberry, leather, pepper and sandalwood flavors. If it had more concentration it would be an ager. Drink now–2013. || A good example of a ripe, robust Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel.
