This is a focused, cool-climate wine, with cherry, raspberry and spice aromas. It's edgy and fresh on the palate, with racy strawberry and cherry flavors that are accented by chocolate and spice notes. The finish is both tangy and zesty as well as spicy and chocolaty. Only 280 cases made.
