A blend of 85% Nebbiolo and 15% Vespolina, this opens with earthy aromas of underbrush, leather, game and perfumed berry. The gamey notes carry over to the palate along with dried cherry, baking spice, mint, rosemary and mineral. Polished tannins balance out the rustic sensations. Drink through 2022.
