Ripe stone fruit and herbal spice come together on a very textured, baked-apple-like palate.Tart and sweet impressions take turns and finally hone in on juicy red apple notes. A spine of acidity provides structure and ample freshness, and the clean and dry finish is totally moreish. || In 2007, this was produced as a late-harvest wine. In 2010, by contrast, it is a crisp, apple- and pear-flavored wine. It has bright fruit, lively acidity and just an edge of sweetness.
