While the orange, pear and green apple flavors of this Pinot Grigio seem sweetened by the vanilla and honey notes, the wine's brisk acidity balances it and makes finish dry and clean. This will make for a fine apéritif, and it will also pair well with slightly sweet Chinese, Vietnamese and Cambodian fare.
