The aromas here are a touch roasted, but once things settle, the bouquet is full of spice and leafy plum aromas. It feels entirely fresh and lively, with modest thickness, plus flavors of spicy oak and herbal, medium-strength berry fruit. The finish is zesty and almost citric.
