Cellar this young wine for 5–6 years to let it mellow. Right now, it's aggressive in tannins and acids. The core of cherry, black raspberry, rhubarb and plum flavors is strong, which suggests that the wine will age. || A beautiful Pinot Noir, although it's a bit brusque in acidity.
