Flinty and lean, with mineral and citrus aromas. An “oyster wine” in that it's ultra tart. Flavors of sour apple, lemon and pineapple will show best if it's served chilled. And remember those oysters; this one needs them as much as the other way around. Imported by Maisons Marques & Domaines USA.
