This wine offers complex flavors of sour cherry candy, persimmon, mushroom, spice and dried herb, brightened by crisp acidity. The oak influence provides smoky sweetness and wood tannins. This should continue to develop for six years or so. || Sharp and minty, this wine has some underripe notes, yet the flavor of peppery black cherry tastes jammy.
