While there's plenty of peachy, primary perfume, crushed slate and stone form the backbone of this deeply mineral Riesling. Dry in style, it's plush, creamy palate is balanced by a bitter edge of lime pith and savory pollen notes. It's a complex wine that should meld and intensify further over the next five years.
