This dark-hued Cab is piquant and herbal on the nose, with power, eucalyptus aromas and a spot of cheesy oak. The mouthfeel is good, while flavors of oak, herbs and plum set up a lightly green finish. This tastes and smells like a good Cab from a chilly year.
