Upscale and pedigreed, but not showing well now. Too tannic, with an astringent lockdown that accentuates the acidity. Underneath are fine black cherry, cola, pepper and oak flavors. The suggestion is ageability, but the future of this wine is unpredictable no matter what anyone says.
