The opening is nice and chunky, with jammy blackberry aromas. The palate on this Tempranillo-led Rioja is full-bodied, with grip and flavors of herbal berry, tea, smoked meat and lemony oak. There's a hint of green to the medium-length finish, which is firm in feel and oaky in flavor.
