Assertive in its earthy, barnyard-like aromas, this biodynamic, Dijon-clone-based wine is light on its feet. It's ripe flavors are still developing, and it has a finish that one wishes would linger longer. || This Demeter-certified Biodynamic Chardonnay has nice color and full apple aromas, as well as a lot of depth and texture. The finish veers into caramel and vanilla, no stranger to oak.
