Intense gooseberry and green-pea aromas and flavors are balanced by weighty stone fruits (white peaches and nectarines, green plums). Riper and less herbal than most Marlborough SBs. || A good warning against holding Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc too long. This wine is already losing some fruit, showing a touch of asparagus or green bean.
