The nose on this bottling shows just enough of everything to please all sorts of Chardonnay fans: yellow apple flesh, sea salt, a touch of butter and jasmine-laced honeydew aromas. The palate starts soft and then slowly sizzles with acidity, presenting flavors of butter, lemon rinds and key lime.
