Ripe and soft, this 100% Gamay puts its fruitiness right on display. It is fully packed with red currants that are sustained by light, mineral-textured tannins. It is ready to drink. Consider giving it a light chill in the summer. Thomas Collange, the eighth generation, has joined dad Bernard in running the winery.
