From one of the cooler climate vineyards for Sauvignon Blanc on the Central Coast comes this intriguing wine. Aromas of petrol, tar and crushed sea shells are set alongside a background of green apple and pear. There is nice zing on the palate, with the petrol elements continuing with roasted bell pepper and crisp apple.
