Very light in the glass, this bottling from Richard Sanford's label shows apples, orange rind, scratched lime and tonic notes on the nose. Once sipped, the intriguing texture is grippy, the flavors are tightly wound and the finish is mouthwatering, with lemon, lime pith and kumquat elements.
