This Syrah-based rosé, with just 4% Viognier, offers very clean lines of ripe cherry, strawberry, baking spice and brioche on the nose. There is a strong tactile grip to the palate, and then it smooths out very quickly, with a lemon juice acidity cutting through ripe red fruits.
