This wine is still so young and immature with fresh, jammy, berry flavors, spice and juicy acidity. Hold the wine for a year or three to allow it to settle and mature. || This Pinot could certainly withstand a few years of aging, but there's really no reason to cellar it. It's all about rich, ripe, flamboyant fruit in the way of cherries, persimmons and raspberries. For all the forward fruitiness, the wine finishes dry and firm in acids and tannins.
