Don't look for subtlety in this Syrah. It's all about overt, in-your-face ripe blackberry jam, mushu plum sauce and dark chocolate flavors. The wine is dry, tannic and soft, with a long, spicy finish. Doesn't seem capable of aging, as the alcohol is high, so drink up.
