This culty project of Rob Dafoe and Jeff Tanner shows that big is not necessarily better when it comes to Bordeaux varietals. In this case, the blend of 49% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot and 19% Cabernet Franc offers smoked jerky, soy, dill and baked boysenberries on the nose. The palate delivers cedar, slate, blackberry, blueberry and tart elderberry fruit.
