Dark gold, almost chartreuse, this blend of Sémillon and Sauvignon Blanc has cider-like aromas at first and a slight effervescence. Balanced, it's interesting, a heady taste of apple and pear and almond that finishes clear and tight. It's a fine choice for fall and wintertime desserts but also as an apéritif.
