Oaky cherry and raspberry aromas are clean and fresh. This feels muscular, with pounding tannins. Cherry and plum flavors, like the nose, are straightforward, while the finish echoes the palate, meaning it's drawing, hard and tannic. Give this as much time as you can, but don't expect miracles—it's a 2013, a complicated vintage.
