The first sniffs of this Vermentino—which Tablas Creek's French vineyard consultant suggested planting because of Paso Robles' rocky limestone soils—recall a hot day at the beach, with ocean spray salinity and hot sand aromas. Once sipped, the beach turns to a refreshing, watered-down orange juice experience, with a hint of lemon-lime on the finish. Pair with any fresh fish.
