Opens with full, nutty aromas. It's 98% Garganega Rosa, a variant of the regular grape, and receives 35% barrel fermentation. It's larger on the palate than most Soaves, with nicely defined apple and peach flavors. The dry, lingering finish shows elegant mineral-tinged notes.
