Made with organically grown grapes, this opens with aromas of French oak, mature black-skinned fruit, kitchen spice, menthol and a whiff of cured meat. The full-bodied straightforward palate offers mouthfuls ripe morello cherry, star anise and chopped sage alongside a backbone of fine-grained tannins. Drink 2018–2023.
