This producer has a well-deserved reputation for preserving rare vines varieties. In this case, the Petit Courbu and the even rarer Arrufiac are blended with the more familiar Gros Manseng. It is a dry wine although the perfumed acidity and the crisp clean pear and apricot flavors give it a soft, ripe character.
