The light amber color already promises concentration. What follows is the complex and almost mystical sweetness of candied citrus—sweet orange and tart grapefruit are recognizable, as is candied whole mandarine, all in a linear, tight but lucsious package, cut by a streak of racy, wonderfully piercing acidity.
