Stalky underbrush, raspberry jam and dried aromatic herb aromas lead the way. Light bodied and straightforward by Barbaresco standards, the palate shows dried sour cherry, coffee, and a hint of licorice alongside loose knit, rather short-lived tannins. A salty hint of cured meat marks the close.
